Celsios Launches Energy and Restructures with Two Offerings
Celsios launches Energy for managed electricity and gas procurement. Together with Pathfinder for technical inventory and investment planning, this offering forms the company's new strategic positioning.
Celsios expands its offering to include managed electricity and gas procurement. With Celsios Energy, the company handles commissioned tasks from the preparation of supply point data to tendering and offer review. Together with Pathfinder, the software for technical inventory and investment planning in real estate asset management, Energy forms Celsios' new strategic positioning.
Energy takes over commissioned energy procurement
Celsios Energy is aimed at the housing industry as well as commercial and industrial companies. The process begins with existing documents: invoices, supply contracts, and consumption data are combined to form a common basis for procurement. Recognized information can be verified and supplemented with the original documents.
On this basis, Celsios prepares the tender, obtains offers, and reviews them. In addition to price, contract conditions and service are included in the evaluation. The Prisma Score makes these criteria comprehensible on the platform. Customers see the work status and remuneration. They determine the scope of the commission and decide which provider they choose.
There is a separate offer path for energy suppliers. Supply points and supply period describe the requested demand. The data can be provided in a coordinated Excel template. Suppliers calculate in their own system and submit their offer. Read-out information from an offer PDF is reviewed by them before submission.
Pathfinder supports investment planning in existing properties
With Pathfinder, Celsios targets professional real estate asset managers. The software helps evaluate the technical condition of buildings and energy options. This allows measures to be prioritized, costs to be estimated, and investments to be planned over several years.
After approval, teams can continue working with tenders and project statuses. Reports for owners use the same work status. Service providers receive their own access for collaboration on requested measures.
Celsios brings both offerings under one umbrella brand
With its new strategic positioning, Celsios defines its business through two concrete tasks: energy procurement and investment planning in real estate portfolios. The previous classification as a decarbonization platform is thus expanded with the new procurement offering and further specified by the independent offerings Energy and Pathfinder.
The new company website explains the services and the respective paths for customers and partners. The process begins with a personal consultation. Platform access is then specifically activated.
